RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. If there is a problem with your order, contact us at customerservice@decopaws.com within three (3) days of receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we are happy to work with you to replace items in your order free of charge.
Since all products are made to order, all sales are final with no refunds on purchases (only replacements). Please review all notes in the product pages to ensure you order the correct product and quantity for your needs.
