Lead Time
Depending on stock, we may print to order with most orders shipping within 1 week. Occasionally some designs may take longer due to certain product stocking and manufacturing as well as for ordering of custom grounds. Often we print overage and have available inventory in popular styles for faster shipping.
Our Contract order have a 2-6 week lead time which includes color matching, sampling, revisions, CFA if requested and final production.
Please contact us if your order is urgent; rush fees may apply.
Samples
Wallpaper sheet samples are available for purchase on the respective product pages. Ryan Vincent does not offer free samples, however, Interior Designers and Architects may request complimentary samples when setting up their Trade account.
Customization
Many of our designs can be customized. Color and scale may be adjusted to suit your project. Custom Design fees are handled on a case by case basis depending upon the scope of the project. For more information please email info@decopaws.com a brief description of your project and timeframe.
Custom Coloring
We offer custom coloring for all of our designs. Set up fees for custom coloring are not subject to discount and are handled on a case by case basis. Please provide us with Pantone or Benjamin Moore Paint colors, or email us for a custom color packet of archival colors.

Standard Clay Wallpaper
Our Standard wallpaper is clay coated and manufactured with responsibly-sourced fiber by suppliers who adhere to a globally recognized forestry chain of custody programs.
Standard Clay Wallpaper Specs
Digital: 27” x 20ft (5' longer than standard on account of a 4ft repeat.) 27" x 30ft double length rolls (68.58 by 9.2 m) with a ¼-½ inch bleed to be trimmed during hanging.
Fire Rating: Class "A" Interior Wall & Ceiling Finish category – tested in accordance with the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Life Safety Code 101. When tested in accordance with NFPA 255/ASTM E-84, they have a flame spread index of 5 and smoke development value of 40.
Environment: Our digital patterns are printed with care on sustainably forested clay-coated paper using the HP Latex aqueous pigment ink system which is non-toxic and VOC free.
Our papers are manufactured with responsibly-sourced fiber, and all suppliers adhere to one of the globally recognized forestry or chain of custody programs. These include:
- Forestry Stewardship Council (FSC)
- Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI)
- Programme for the Endorsement of Forestry Certification (PEFC)
- Canadian Standards Association
Our papers are made with “elemental chlorine free” fiber and our paper supplier is both an ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004 certified company, and creates approximately 50% of its electricity by low-impact hydroelectric generators and is designated by the EPA as a National Performance Track Company. 100% of the mill’s short paper fiber is reclaimed and used in the agricultural industry for nutrient rich compost or animal bedding.
Cleaning of Standard Clay and EZ Peel and Stick Wallpapers
For best results in cleaning your wallpaper, simply wipe with a cloth slightly dampened with water only and or a mild soap that does not contain detergent. Rinse with clear, clean water. Stains caused by grease and oil may not necessarily be removed.
Cleaning of Eco and Commercial Grade Coverings
Ordinary dirt and smudges can be removed with a mild soap and warm water solution. Clean from the bottom of the wall, moving upward. Gently rinse with clean water from the top down using a clean sponge. Dry wallcovering with a soft lint free cloth or towel. Always test soap and water mixture in an inconspicuous area of the wallcovering first to be sure the surface is not damaged.
DO NOT USE steel wool or powdered abrasive as they can damage the image and/or textured surface.
DO NOT USE solvents, alcohol, pine oil or cleaners that contain these kinds of products as they can.

When cleaning, always take measures to prevent water from dripping behind molding.
Never mix cleaning agents together, volatile reactions can occur.
